American Dream Produce, a produce grower, packer, and shipper out of Eastern North Carolina will now be known as All American Produce Co. President Billy Augustine and Vice President Phillip Strickland made the executive decision to avoid any confusion with any other produce companies, but continue on the theme of #AmericanGrown. 

Augustine shares, “We’ve learned a lot in a short amount of time and are ready to move forward under a new name. It’s an exciting time for us, we’ve built more high tunnels this season, secured more acreage, and the name change couldn’t have come at a better time. It directly reflects our growth and evolution as a leading produce company in North Carolina.” 

All American Produce Co. is known for its organically grown field and high tunnel method. High tunnels prolong crops longer, improve plant and soil quality, minimize pesticide usage, enhance air quality, manage the elements interfering with the crop, and allow for a higher plant population per acre.

About Billy Augustine, Jr: Part of the 2022 Fruit/Vegetable Growers 40 Under 40 Awards, Billy Augustine, Jr. is the president of All American Produce Co. He is a second-generation farmer, and fourth generation to be a part of the produce industry. Born in Hammonton, NJ, the blueberry capital of the world, Billy grew up around blueberries. From blueberries to high tunnels to growing his business, Billy’s presence and vision are felt every step of the way. Growing nutritious and high-quality, fresh produce is at the heart of everything he does. 

About Phillip Strickland: With extensive experience in the produce industry, Phillip Strickland, Vice President of All American Produce Co., has earned an outstanding reputation for creating effective strategies that deliver exceptional results within the agriculture industry. Phillip grew up in Clinton, NC, the heart of agriculture, surrounded by tobacco and livestock. He comes from a long lineage of farmers and has spent countless hours working in the fields, planting and harvesting crops. Phillip oversees the growers, crop planning, new product development, and trials. His hands-on approach stems from his experience in sales and management with Helena Agri Enterprises, becoming a nationally certified crop advisor.
